腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场磁共振成像表现及其临床意义探讨

摘  要:目的:探究分析腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场磁共振成像表现与临床意义.方法:选取我院2017年1月-2019年3月CTMRI室收治的腰椎间盘退变患者120例低场磁共振成像表现,分析终板骨软骨炎以及邻近骨质的信号改变情况,从而更好地了解患者病情.结果:低场磁共振成像表现显示,腰椎间盘退变患者很大一部分出现终板骨软骨炎且累及多个终板.在低场磁共振成像表现中,信号出现异常的区域包括终板及终板邻近的椎体内斑片状或者带状区域,所有终板及其周围的椎体低场磁共振成像信号正常与异常区域存在比较明显的边界,能够清晰了解其终板骨软骨炎分布.结论:在腰椎间盘退变患者中,产生腰痛的主要原因是终板骨软骨炎,采用低场磁共振成像能够更好的诊断疾病,为临床治疗提供参考,值得临床推广应用.Objective To investigate the low-field magnetic resonance imaging findings and clinical significance of endplate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration. Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of low-field magnetic resonance imaging of patients with lumbar disc degeneration treated in the CTMRI room from January 2017 to March 1919 in our hospital, and analysis of endplate osteochondritis and adjacent bone mass signal changes, thereby Have a good understanding of the patient's condition. Results Low-field MRI showed that a large proportion of patients with lumbar disc degeneration had endplate osteochondritis and involved multiple endplates. In the low-field MRI, the areas where the signal is abnormal include patchy or banded regions in the vertebral body adjacent to the endplate and endplate, and the low-field MRI signals of all endplates and their surrounding vertebral bodies are normal.Abnormal areas have obvious boundaries, which can clearly understand the distribution of endplate osteochondritis. Conclusion In patients with lumbar disc degeneration, the main cause of low back pain is endplate osteochondritis. Low field MRI can better diagnose the disease and provide more accurate data for clinical treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
