汶川地震灾后心理干预研究进展与展望

摘　　要：通过中国知网(CNKI)所搜集的近十年文献,对汶川地震灾后心理主要症状、干预实施体系、干预主要方法、实践模式与干预取得效果等进行评述。结果发现,采用国际公认的通用心理调查量表实施调查是灾后心理干预广泛采用的手段,灾区人民与参与救援人员是主要调查对象,借鉴国外心理干预方法、传统心理援助并结合实际创立了针灸疗法、书法疗法、体育运动疗法、融合藏文化与羌文化的复合式文化疗法等多种心理干预方法,形成了地震灾后心理援助与干预的应激响应和联动运行机制。应对频发自然灾害,需要构建起“医院—学校—行业”等多元主体协同运行的专业化研究队伍,逐步完善地震灾后心理援助与干预的应激预案与响应机制。This paper reviews the main psychological symptoms,intervention implementation system,intervention main methods,practice mode and intervention effect after Wenchuan earthquake through the literature collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)for nearly ten years.We found that the use of internationally recognized universal psychological survey scale to carry out the survey is a widely used means of psychological intervention after the disaster.The people in the disaster area and the rescue workers involved are the main objects of investigation.Post-disaster psychological assistance often learns from foreign psychological intervention methods,traditional psychological assistance.After the Wenchuan earthquake,psychological assistance created a variety of psychological intervention methods such as acupuncture therapy,calligraphy therapy,sports therapy,compound cultural therapy that combines Tibetan culture and Qiang culture.The psychological reconstruction after Wenchuan earthquake formed the stress response and linkage operation mechanism of psychological assistance and intervention after the earthquake.In response to the frequent natural disasters,we need to construct a specialized team of multi-subjects,such as“hospital-school-industry”,and gradually perfect the stress plan and response mechanism of psychological aid and intervention after earthquake disaster.
