摘　　要：骨盆骨折多由高处坠落、交通事故等高能量暴力所致,不仅可导致骨盆本身严重损伤,而且常伴有复杂严重的多发伤,严重者危及生命。本文报道了1例老年多发伤合并不稳定骨盆骨折患者的救治经过,并总结了各学科的诊治理念及策略,为临床救治该类患者提供参考。Pelvic fractures are mostly caused by high-energy violence such as falls from great heights and traffic accidents. Pelvic fractures are life-threatening because they may not only result in serious injuries of the pelvis itself but also are often accompanied by complex severe multiple injuries. This article reports the treatment of an elderly patient with multiple injuries complicated with unstable pelvic fracture and summarizes the concepts and strategies related to the diagnosis and treatment in each specialty. It provides a reference for clinical treatment of such patients.
