论政策视野中的韩国乡村旅游演化路径及启示

摘　　要：乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要抓手。韩国乡村旅游发展属于典型的政府主导型开发模式,公共政策的影响力很大。文章梳理了政策视野中的韩国乡村旅游演化路径,对韩国乡村旅游发展的主要政策工具进行分析。在此基础上,结合我国实际情况,提出了从责任部门、法律基础、产业融合、经营水平提升等4个方面的政策经验借鉴。Rural tourism is an important grasp of Rural Revitalization. The development of rural tourism in South Korea belongs to a typical government-led development model, and public policy has a great influence. The paper sorts out the path of evolution of Korea rural tourism in policy perspective and analyzes the main policy tools of rural tourism development in Korea. On this basis, combined with the actual situation in our country, we put forward the experience of policy from four aspects: responsible department, legal basis, industrial integration and improvement of management level.
