摘 要:目的分析2017年天津市重点职业病监测结果,为开展专项调查和健康风险评估工作提供科学依据。方法对2017年天津市重点职业病危害企业信息、劳动者职业健康状况、职业发病情况等进行描述与分析。结果2017年天津市存在重点职业病危害企业3180家,80.41%的企业存在噪声危害;检测岗位超标率为24.24%,其中矽尘岗位超标率高达34.73%;收集职业健康检查个案资料105090人,关键指标异常检出率9.06%,其中苯检出率最高,达17.14%,职业禁忌证和疑似职业病检出率分别为0.15%、0.31%;重点职业病病例270例,矽肺病例数占71.48%。结论天津应重点加强噪声、矽尘和苯危害的防控工作,以专项检出指标异常作为发现问题的起点,结合关键岗位监测数据,开展专项调查与监督检查。Objective To analyze the monitoring results and existing problems of key occupational diseases in Tianjin in 2017,and to provide a scientific basis for conducting special investigation and health risk assessment.Methods The information of key occupational disease hazard enterprises,occupational health status of workers and occupational diseases in Tianjin in 2017 were described and analyzed.Results There were 3 180 key occupational hazards enterprises in Tianjin in 2017,and noise hazard enterprises accounted for 80.41%.The rate of exceeding the standard for testing posts was 24.24%,of which the rate of exceeding the standard for silicon dust posts was the highest,reaching 34.73%.A total of 105 090 cases of occupational health examination were collected.The detection rate of key indicators was 9.06%,among which benzene was the highest,reaching 17.14%.The detection rates of occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases were 0.15%and 0.31%,respectively.270 cases of major occupational diseases were collected,among which silicosis accounted for 71.48%.Conclusion The prevention and control of key occupational diseases in Tianjin should focus on occupational diseases caused by noise,silicon dust and benzene hazards.The abnormal detection indicators should be taken as the starting point and focus of finding problems.Combined with monitoring data of key positions,special investigation and occupational health risk assessment should be carried out.
