摘　　要：目的了解湖北省全省实验动物资源状况,为湖北省实验动物科技条件平台建设规划提供支撑。方法采取问卷调查及现场核查的方式,对2016年全省73家实验动物生产及使用许可单位的实验动物资源分布、生产及使用情况、从业人员、福利伦理、资产投入情况等进行了调查。结果调查回收有效调查表55份。2016年度新增实验动物生产及使用许可单位5家,新增设施增幅11.01%;实验动物生产增幅18.68%,实验动物使用量增幅32.30%,实验动物生产及使用基本供需平衡;缺口最大为小鼠,约为4万只;实验动物从业人员整体素质较高,各单位实验动物福利执行情况良好;设施运行管理中,能源消耗占总费用的57.71%。结论应从政府层面重点支持湖北省新实验动物资源开发,实验动物新技术研究,加强教学用动物管理,提升实验动物福利与伦理管理水平。Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the state of experimental animal resources in Hubei province.Methods Questionnaire survey and on-site verification were conducted to investigate the distribution,production and use of laboratory animal resources,employment,welfare ethics and asset input of 73 licensed experimental animal facilities in Hubei province in 2016.Results A total of 55 valid questionnaires were recovered.In 2016,five new experimental animal facilities were added.The new facilities increased by 11.01%,experimental animal production increased by 18.68%,and experimental animal use increased by 32.30%.The production and use of experimental animals were basically in the balance of supply and demand.The biggest gap in usage was mice,with a shortage of about 40 000.The overall quality of experimental animal employees was high,and the welfare of the experimental animals in each unit was good.Energy consumption accounts for 57.71%of the total cost in the operation and management of facilities.Conclusion The government should give priority to supporting the development of new experimental animal resources,research on new technologies for experimental animals,strengthen the management of animals for teaching,and improve the welfare and ethical management of experimental animals.
