校级本科专业人才培养质量标准研制的几个基本问题

摘　　要：校级本科专业人才培养质量标准是人才培养目标的具体表征,是保证教育教学质量的纲领性文件,是专业建设的一项重要基础性工作。本文基于“校标”研制实践,对“校标”的内容及其结构和“校标”构建路径与方法进行了分析,建议各个高校以系统思想为指导,以构建本科专业人才培养质量标准体系为目标,由学校完成“校标”体系顶层设计,各个专业负责教学内容与教学方式的研究与规范,基于现有教学质量规范性文件,逐步完善校级本科专业人才培养质量标准体系的研制工作。Personnel training quality standards of undergraduate programs is an important programmatic document,which ensure the quality of education,in colleges and universities.Based on practical experience,several basic problems are discussed,which include the content and its structure,the building paths and the methods in the study.The purpose of this paper is to communicate with the readers about how to build school standards for improving the quality of education.Finally,some useful suggestions are provided.
