“一带一路”视域下西安国际人文交流合作路径和模式研究

摘　　要：西安作为古丝绸之路起点,具有厚重的历史文化积淀和丰富的人文资源,在国际人文交流合作中具有得天独厚的条件和重要的地位和作用。文中旨在探讨“一带一路”建设中,西安作为国家中心城市和国际化大都市,创建国际人文交流中心的途径和模式。文章首先分析了“一带一路”背景下国际人文交流合作的背景和现状,然后提出了“一带一路”建设中西安国际人文交流合作的思路,最后论述了西安在促进国际人文交流合作方面的具体路径和模式。“一带一路”视域下西安国际人文交流和合作战略的实施应该主要从以下方面着手:加强高端顶层设计,探究国际人文交流载体和路径,创建国际人文交流平台和机制,创设国际化人文交流环境和氛围,搭建国际人文交流信息网络化平台,创新国际人文交流和合作的路径模式。Xi’an,the starting point of the ancient silk road,has a profound historical and cultural heritage and rich cultural resources.Xi’an is endowed with unique conditions and plays a decisive role in international cultural exchanges.This paper intends to discuss the methods and modes of establishing international exchange center during the construction of“the Belt&Road”.The international cultural exchanges in Xi’an can be conducted mainly from the following aspects:strengthening the top-level design,exploring the carrier and path of international cultural exchanges,establishing the platform and mechanism of international cultural exchange,creating international environment and atmosphere,building the information network,innovating the mode of international cultural exchanges and cooperation,etc.
