摘 要:利用生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂对废水中Pb^2+进行絮凝实验及机理研究。探讨了pH值、Pb^2+初始浓度、投加量、反应时间和温度对絮凝效果的影响。最佳工艺条件为:BPFS投加量5%、pH6、反应温度20℃及搅拌时间30min,Pb^2+去除率可达到98%,絮凝性能优于传统絮凝剂。通过XRD、FT-IR及XPS表征分析絮凝机理可知,生物聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂在处理含铅废水过程中可提供大量羟基硫酸铁聚合物,Pb^2+会与羟基发生络合,在聚合和网捕作用下迅速脱稳聚沉。Flocculation experiment and mechanism of Pb^2+in wastewater by biological polymeric ferric sulfate flocculant were studied.The effects of pH value,initial concentration of Pb^2+,dosage,reaction time and temperature on the flocculation effect were investigated.The optimum conditions are as follows:BPFS dosage 5%,pH 6,reaction temperature 20℃and stirring time 30 min.The Pb^2+removal rate can reach 98%,and the flocculation performance is better than traditional flocculant.The flocculation mechanism was analyzed by XRD,FT-IR and XPS,it is found that the bio-polymeric ferric sulfate flocculant can provide a large number of hydroxy ferric sulfate polymer in the process of treating lead containing wastewater.And Pb^2+will be complexed with hydroxyl group,then it will be rapidly destabilized and flocculated.
