摘  要:目的探讨钻孔引流术联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院于2015年6月—2018年6月收治的慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者为研究对象,共计60例,采用随机分组分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。其中对照组患者行钻孔引流术治疗,观察组在其基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗有效率和并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率96.67%要显著高于对照组73.33%(χ^2=21.363,P<0.05),在并发症发生率方面观察组6.67%并发症发生率也要明显低于对照组30.00%并发症发生率(χ^2=18.175,P<0.05)。结论钻孔引流术联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿效果可观,术后并发症发生率较低,具有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of drilling drainage combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods Convenient selected a total of 60 patients with chronic subdural hematoma who were admitted to our department from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group underwent drilling and drainage,and the observation group was combined with atorvastatin.The clinical treatment efficiency and complication rate of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 73.33%(χ^2=21.363,P<0.05).In the incidence of complications,the incidence of 6.67%in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group of the incidence rate30.00%(χ^2=18.175,P<0.05).Conclusion Drilling drainage combined with atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.The incidence of postoperative complications is low,which has the value of promotion and application.
