快速康复护理对结直肠癌手术患者康复效率的分析及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的快速康复护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者中的疗效,对护理措施满意度的影响。方法方便选择该院2016年9月—2018年9月腹腔镜下行结直肠癌患者手术86例为研究对象,随机分为常规组(对照组),和快速康复组(观察组),每组各43例。对观察组患者实施快速康复的护理措施,对照组使用常规的护理措施。通过对两组患者临床指标观察:患者术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间、住院天数、拔胃管及尿管时间进行比较。对护理措施满意度的调查进行比较。结果对两组患者各项临床观察指标进行比较,观察组的各项指标:首次进食时间(19.82±4.26)h,住院天数(11.22±5.68)d及拔除尿管、胃管时间(18.22±2.35)h、术后疼痛评分(4.02±0.55)分、营养支持费用(120.06±0.45)元相较于对照组均显著缩短,患者对护理措施的满意度(97.67%)高于对照组(88.37%),术后并发症的发生率对照组39.53%高于观察组13.95%(t=17.352、11.917、11.983、-20.55、-47.25,χ^2=8.385、4.875)。结论对结直肠癌手术患者应用快速康复护理效果显著,能减少并发症出现和医疗费用,提升其护理满意度,加快其康复进程,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and its influence on the satisfaction of nursing measures.Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,86 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery.The patients were convenient randomly divided into the conventional group(control group)and the rapid rehabilitation group(observation group).43 cases each.The patients in the observation group were treated with rapid rehabilitation,and the control group used routine nursing measures.The clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were observed:the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first feeding time,the first time to get out of bed,the length of hospital stay,the length of the gastric tube and the time of the urethra were compared.A survey of the satisfaction of nursing measures is compared.Results The clinical observation indexes of the two groups were compared.The indexes of the observation group were:first feeding time(19.82±4.26)h,hospitalization days(11.22±5.68)d and extraction.Ureteral and gastric tube time(18.22±2.35)h,postoperative pain score(4.02±0.55)points,nutritional support cost(120.06±0.45)yuan.Compared with the control group,the patient's satisfaction with nursing measures(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(88.37%),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the group control 39.53%higher than the observation group 13.95%(t=17.352、11.917、11.983、-20.55、-47.25,χ^2=8.385、4.875).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery has a significant effect.It can reduce complications and medical costs,improve nursing satisfaction and speed up the rehabilitation process.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
