摘 要:以湖北省某座双塔三跨部分斜拉桥为工程背景,采用Midas/FEA空间有限元分析软件建立了索梁锚固区梁段实体模型,通过对竖向预应力的选型及横隔梁的钢束配置情况对比分析,得出拉索区横隔梁空间应力分布状态。分析结果表明,在最不利荷载组合下,横隔梁区域以及索梁锚固区箱室局部存在较大拉应力,通过施加横隔梁横向钢束,其拉应力值得到了有效降低,以防止横隔梁底部及索梁锚固区箱室出现开裂现象,同时竖向预应力采用无粘结预应力钢棒,较传统竖向预应力钢筋具有材料性能优异、施工工艺简单、施加预应力效果较好等优点。Taking a two-tower three-span partial cable-stayed bridge in Hubei Province as the engineering background,the solid model of girder section in cable-girder anchorage zone is established by using Midas/FEA spatial finite element analysis software.The spatial stress distribution of the diaphragm in the cable zone is obtained through the contrastive analysis of the selection of vertical prestressing force and the arrangement of steel cable of the diaphragm.The analysis results show that:under the most unfavorable load combination,there are relatively large tensile stresses in the diaphragm area and the box chamber in the cable-girder anchorage area.By applying the transverse steel cables of the diaphragm,the tensile stresses are effectively reduced to prevent the cracking of the box chamber at the bottom of the diaphragm and the cable-girder anchorage area.Meanwhile,unbounded prestress steel bar is used for vertical prestressing force.Compared with the traditional one,it has the advantages of excellent material performance,simple construction technology and better effect of prestress application.
