摘 要:为研究RAP外掺比例与厂拌热再生沥青混合料路用性能的关系,首先分析新沥青和原沥青的各性能指标,然后确定再生剂与最佳油石比等参数,并设置10%、20%、30%、40%、50%5种RAP外掺比例做对比试验组。对各RAP外掺比例的再生沥青混合料进行高温抗车辙性能、抗水损害性能、低温抗裂性能、抗压回弹模量等试验,并对试验数据进行分析。最后得到结论:合理的RAP材料分级可避免再生沥青混合料不均匀现象的发生;外掺RAP可有效提升再生沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性、抗水损害性能,且与RAP外掺比例呈正相关关系;在试验温度15℃和20℃条件时再生沥青混合料的抗压强度值和抗压回弹模量值与RAP外掺比例呈正相关关系。In order to study the relationship between RAP admixture ratio and pavement performance of hot mix plant recycling asphalt mixture,the performance indexes of new asphalt and raw asphalt are firstly analyzed,and then the parameters of regenerant and optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio and so on are determined,and five RAP admixture ratios of 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%are set as comparative test groups.The high temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance,low temperature crack resistance and compressive resilience modulus of recycling asphalt mixtures with different RAP admixture ratios are tested,and the test data are analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that:reasonable RAP material classification can avoid the uneven phenomena of recycling asphalt mixtures;the addition of RAP can effectively improve the high temperature rutting resistance and water damage resistance of recycling asphalt mixtures,having a positive correlation with RAP admixture ratio;the compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of recycling asphalt mixtures at test temperatures of 15℃~20℃are positively correlated with RAP admixture ratio.
