聚苹果酸钙对肉鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究聚苹果酸钙对肉鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响。方法:选用1日龄体重相近的AA肉用仔鸡294只,随机分成7个组,空白对照组常规饮水,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在饮水中添加2、4、6mL/L的液态聚苹果酸钙;试验Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别在基础日粮中添加4、8、12g/kg的固态聚苹果酸钙。各组在21和42日龄时随机选择8只肉鸡进行解剖对其胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊进行分离,称重。结果:在21日龄时,试验组胸腺重及其指数明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),脾脏重、法氏囊重及其指数与对照组相比差异不明显(P>0.05);在42日龄时,试验组胸腺重、脾脏重和法氏囊重及其指数明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在日粮中添加聚苹果酸钙可促进肉鸡免疫器官生长发良,其中以添加4g/kg的固态效果最佳。Objective: To investigate the effect of calcium polymalate on growth and development of immune organs in broilers. Methods: A total of 294 AA broilers of similar weight at the age of 1 day were randomly divided into 7 groups. The control group received regular water and basic diet. The test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ added 2, 4, 6 mL/L of liquid calcium polymalate in drinking water, and the test group Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ added 4, 8, 12 g/kg of solid calcium polymalate in the base diet. Each group randomly selected 8 broilers at 21 and 42 days of age to separate and weigh their thyme, spleen and bursa. Results: At the age of 21 days, the thymus weight and index of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05), and the differences in spleen weight, bursa weight and its index were not significant ( P >0.05). At the age of 42 days, thymus weight, spleen weight and bursa weight and their indexes in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: To investigate the effect of calcium polymalate on growth and development of immune organs in broilers, adding 4 g/kg of solid calcium polymalate to the diet works best.
