摘　　要：[目的]基于指南建议构建脑梗死病人院内健康教育决策方案,为进一步建立脑梗死健康教育信息平台提供理论框架。[方法]在前期现况调查与循证研究的基础上,初步形成脑梗死病人院内健康教育决策方案专家咨询问卷,通过德尔菲法,构建基于指南建议的脑梗死病人院内健康教育决策方案。[结果]经2轮专家咨询,形成的脑梗死健康教育决策方案共包含每日评估项目、健康教育项目、临床路径中固定匹配健康教育内容、依据不同评估结果匹配健康教育内容、依据不同病情指证匹配康复训练内容、生命体征平稳及症状不再进展的判断指标以及健康教育项目学习周期7项内容,共112个条目。[结论]基于指南建议的脑梗死病人院内健康教育决策方案可靠性高,不仅规范了脑梗死病人院内健康教育的内容,还为健康教育信息平台的开发提供了理论框架。Objective:To construct the decision.making program of health education in hospital for patients with cerebral infarction based on the guidelines,and to provide a theoretical framework for further establishing the health education information platform of cerebral infarction.Methods:On the bases of previous inventory survey and evidence-based research,the expert consultation paper on health education decision-making program for patients with cerebral infarction in hospital was preliminarily formed.Delphi method was adopted,and the program mentioned above was constructed based on the recommendations of the guidelines.Results:After two rounds of expert consultations,the health education decision.making program of cerebral infarction consisted of seven aspects,including daily evaluation items,health education items,fixed matching health education contents in clinical pathway,matching health education contents according to different evaluation results,matching rehabilitation training contents according to different condition indications,judging indicators of whether having stable vital signs or no deterioration of symptoms,and health education program learning cycle.There were total of 112 entries.Conclusion:The decision-making program of health education in hospital for patients with cerebral infarction based on the guidelines is reliable,which not only standardizes the contents of health education of patients with cerebral infarction in hospital,but also provides a theoretical framework for the development of health education information platform.
