摘  要:基于航天东方红卫星有限公司已经发射入轨的几十颗小卫星的研制统计数据,研究发现了小卫星正样研制阶段可靠性问题的分布规律。提出的双对数正态叠加分布模型很好地描述了该分布规律,分别针对首发星和装备星给出了分布经验公式。在分布规律研究结果的基础上,给出了基于累计加电时间的小卫星出厂前可靠性问题筛选率评估方法,并根据筛选率评估结果分别对首发星和装备星的出厂累计加电时间确定依据给出了建议。Based on the statistical data of reliability problems of dozens of small satellites already launched by the DFH Satellite Co.Ltd.,the distribution of the reliability problems of small satellites in the flight model phase is studied.The proposed distribution model as a double logrithmic distribution is found to be in good agreement with the data,with a small difference between the fitted curve of the first flight satellite and that of the subsequent ones.A method for the screening rate assessment based on the accumulated power-on time of small satellites is put forward to decide when and whether the satellite can be allowed to put into service.
