摘　　要：以THKQ型粗细联输送系统为例,介绍了该系统的技术参数、配套设备及布局,并对该系统的工作原理、主要特点做了分析。对系统在实际生产中的运行情况、存在的问题以及后期的改进也做了阐述。实践证明,THKQ型粗细联输送系统实现了从粗纱到细纱的整个过程无需人工介入,消除了手工操作造成的管纱损伤、纱疵以及毛羽等质量缺陷。采用粗细联输送系统是实现纺纱自动化、降低人力成本、提高生产效率、改善纺纱质量的一个有效途径。Taking THKQ Type Bobbin Transportation System as an example,this paper introduces the technical parameters,equipped equipment,and layout of the system,and analyzes working principle and the main characteristics of the system.It also states the operation of the system in the actual production,existing problems and improvement in the late.Practice has proved that THKQ Type Bobbin Transportation Systemrealizes the whole automation from roving to spinning,and eliminates cop damage,yarn defects and hairiness and other defects caused by manual operation.Bobbin Transportation System realizes automatic spinning,reduces laborcosts,and improves production efficiency.It is an effective way to improve the yarn quality.
