摘　　要：环加氧酶-2(COX-2)在卵巢癌中呈高表达,其在卵巢癌发生、发展过程中的作用引起了人们的关注。目前认为COX-2可能是通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进肿瘤血管生成、促进肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移、抑制机体的免疫监视4方面参与卵巢癌的多个过程。COX-2抑制剂可通过多种途径促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移、抑制新生血管生成,从而抑制卵巢癌的发生、发展,其在卵巢癌的治疗中可能发挥重要作用。近年来COX-2和COX-2抑制剂在卵巢癌的预防和治疗等方面的作用机制成为研究热点。Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) is highly expressed in ovarian cancer.Its role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer has attracted much attention.At present,it’s considered that COX-2 may be involved in many processes of ovarian cancer by inhibiting apoptosis,promoting angiogenesis,promoting invasion and metastasis of cancer cells,and inhibiting immune surveillance.COX-2 inhibitors can inhibit the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer by promoting apoptosis,inhibiting invasion and metastasis of cancer cells,and inhibiting angiogenesis.COX-2 inhibitors may play an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer.In recent years,the mechanism of COX-2 and COX-2 inhibitors in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer has become a research hotspot in the field.
