摘　　要：介绍智慧企业建设及其时代背景,根据十堰烟草信息化建设现状,介绍十堰烟草智能办公、智能教育、智能保障、智能管理4个方面的建设内容及取得的成效;结合十堰烟草智慧化实际建设情况,笔者从总体规划设计、规范显隐性资源、前沿技术应用、IT数值管控、安全防御体系5个维度给出智慧企业建设建议;这对智慧企业关键理论的研究与智慧企业建设起到一定启发和借鉴作用。This paper introduces the construction of intelligent enterprise and its era background.According to the present situation of information construction in Shiyan Tobacco,it introduces the construction contents and achievements of Shiyan tobacco intelligent office,intelligent education,intelligent guarantee and intelligent management.Combining with the actual situation of Shiyan tobacco intelligent construction,the author give suggestions for the construction of Intelligent Enterprises,from five dimensions:the overall planning and design、the explicit and implicit resources、the application of frontier technology、the control of IT in the value of data、the system of security defense.This will play a certain inspiration and reference role in the research of key theory of IntelligentEnterprise and the construction of Intelligent Enterprise.
