摘 要:现有的钻柱摩阻扭矩理论模型假设较多,导致计算值与真实值有较大差异,这严重制约了钻柱力学行为研究和钻井参数的优化。鉴于此,基于相似理论,考虑井斜角和方位角的变化,设计了可模拟不同井身结构的钻柱摩阻扭矩测试试验装置。该装置可有效测量不同钻井参数对钻柱摩阻扭矩的影响,可对任意角度的井斜角、方位角的井身结构的整体钻柱进行模拟。结合运动学和强度分析,验证了试验装置设计合理、安全可行。钻柱摩阻扭矩测试试验装置可用于竖直井、大位移井和水平井钻柱的摩阻扭矩分析、运动学和动力学等方面的研究,也可用于自动化钻井和页岩气开采等相关的科研及教学。The existing drag and torque theoretical model has many assumptions,leading to a large difference between the calculated value and the true value,which seriously restricts the study of the mechanical behavior of the drill string and the optimization of the drilling parameters.To address the problems,based on the similarity theory,considering the inclination angle and the azimuth angle,a drill string drag and torque test device capable of simulating different wellbore structures is designed.The device can effectively measure the influence of different drilling parameters on the drag and torque of the drill string.Under different well inclination and azimuth,the drill string with vertical section,tangent section,curved section and horizontal section could be simulated.Combined with kinematics and strength analysis,the test device design is verified to be reasonable and safe.The drill string drag and torque test device can be used for drag and torque analysis of drill string and drill string kinematics and dynamics in vertical,extended reach well and horizontal wells,and can also be used for research and teaching of automated drilling and shale gas development.
