摘  要:渤海油气田常规的定向井和水平井将φ244.5 mm (95/8 in)套管作为生产套管,小尺寸定向井将φ177.8 mm (7 in)套管作为生产套管的钻完井工艺技术相对成熟,但提速增效已进入瓶颈期,难以实现低成本高效开发.为此,研制了适用于φ193.7 mm (75/8 in)套管的一次多层大通径充填防砂管柱.阐述了φ193.7 mm (75/8 in)套管井配套的一次多层大通径充填防砂工艺管柱及关键工具优化设计方法,同时对绕丝筛管及内、外层中心管进行了优选,并根据管柱摩阻和井口设备能力等因素设计了管柱.试验结果表明:该管柱充填段长度250 m,压裂充填最大施工排量为3.2 m3/min,对应井筒管柱整体摩阻为58 MPa;当底层反循环携砂排量为1.2 m3/min时,试验井防喷器压力达到21MPa.研究结果可为渤海油气田钻完井作业降本增效新技术的研发提供参考.Conventional directional and horizontal wells in the Bohai oil and gas field use 244.5 mm(9 5/8 in)casing as production casing,and smaller borehole directional wells use 177.8 mm(7 in)casing as production casing.The drilling and completion technology is relatively mature,but the ROP and efficiency increase has entered the bottleneck period,making it difficult to achieve low-cost and efficient development.To address the problems,a multi-layer large-diameter packing sand control string suitable for 193.7 mm(7 5/8 in)casing was developed.The multi-layer large-diameter packing sand control technology string and key tool optimization design method for 193.68 mm(7 5/8 in)casing wells are described.The pipe string is designed according to factors such as friction and wellhead equipment capacity.The test results showed that the frac-pack length of section was 250 m,the maximum operation displacement of the frac-pack was 3.2 m 3/min,and the overall friction of the corresponding wellbore was 58 MPa.When the bottom layer reverse circulation displacement was 1.2 m 3/min,the blowout preventer pressure of the test well reached 21 MPa.The study can provide references for the research and development of new technologies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in drilling and completion operations in Bohai Oil and Gas Field.
