生产性服务业集聚与制造业转型的关联性研究——基于产业互动视域的分析

摘　　要：本文选取2010~2017年我国283个地级市的面板数据,并基于柯布—道格拉斯函数构建了中国生产性服务业与制造业互动影响的理论模型。以产业互动视角作为实证研究的切入点,利用理论模型检验生产性服务业集聚与制造业转型之间的关联性。研究结论得出:首先,中国生产性服务业集聚与制造业转型彼此间都具有促进作用;其次,由于中国制造业发展阶段的局限性,区域创新能力的提升并不能很好地推动制造业转型;最后,区域金融发展和政府干预能够促进生产性服务业集聚,但政府干预却会阻碍制造业转型升级。基于以上研究结论,本文从行业转型、人才培养、金融支持、政府调控这四个视角给予相关的对策建议。This paper selects the panel data of 283 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2017, and builds a theoretical model of the interaction between China’s producer service industry and manufacturing industry based on the Cobb-Douglas function. Taking the perspective of industrial interaction as the entry point of empirical research, the theoretical model is used to test the correlation between the agglomeration of productive service industry and the transformation of manufacturing. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First, China’s producer service industry agglomeration and manufacturing transformation have a positive effect on each other;secondly, due to the limitations of China’s manufacturing industry development stage, the improvement of regional innovation capability does not promote the transformation of manufacturing industry. Finally, regional financial development and government intervention can promote the accumulation of productive services, but government intervention will hinder the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. Based on the above research conclusions, this paper gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the four perspectives of industry transformation, personnel training, financial support, and government regulation.
