摘  要:为提高农药的有效利用率并节约药物资源,针对我国设施农业的特点和面向设施农业智能喷雾机的现状,设计了一种安装于大棚的喷杆喷雾机的智能控制系统。该系统主要用于控制自走式喷杆喷雾机的行走速度,选用Arduino Mega2560控制板为控制核心,搭配灰度传感器、超声波测距传感器、红外测距传感器、CCD摄像头组成硬件系统;采用PWM脉宽调制技术调节小车行进速度。试验表明:该控制系统通过循迹、故障识别、机器视觉探测周围环境信息,可控制喷雾机小车行进速度和不同环境的药物喷射量,有效地提高了喷药作业质量。In order to improve the effective utilization rate of pesticides and save drug resources,aiming at the characteristics of facility agriculture in China and the present situation of intelligent sprayer for facility agriculture,this paper designs an intelligent control system of boom sprayer installed in the greenhouses and general scheme and working principle are also introduced.This system is mainly used to control the walking speed of the self-propelled sprayer.The walking speed system uses Arduino Mega 2560 control panel as the control core,and the hardware system is composed of grayscale sensor,ultrasonic distance sensor,infrared distance sensor and CCD camera.And the speed of the car is adjusted by PWM technology.The test shows that the control system detects the surrounding environment information by tracking,fault identification and machine vision,so as to control the speed of the sprayer and the amount of drug sprayed in different environments.
