摘 要:本文对辐射与导热耦合条件下的高温颗粒床过滤器有效热导率进行了数值计算研究,应用商业软件Fluent为计算平台。采用导热模型和离散坐标辐射(DO)模型对能量方程及辐射方程进行求解,进而计算得到颗粒床的有效热导率并拟合获得其计算经验关系式,并分析定性温度、辐射传热、颗粒材料辐射半透明性质以及发射率对于有效热导率的影响。结果表明:颗粒床有效热导率随定性温度的增加而增加,大于400 K时辐射传热的影响不可忽略.考虑颗粒材料半透明性质时,颗粒床有效热导率增加,颗粒床有效热导率随着颗粒材料发射率的增加而增加。In this paper,the effective thermal conductivity(ETC) of packed bed filter which combined heat conduction and radiation was investigated numerically at high temperature.Fluent was used as calculation platform.The thermal model and Discrete Ordinate(DO) model were used to solve the energy equation and the radiation equation,and the ETC of packed bed was calculated.The effective thermal conductivity of the packed bed is then calculated and fitted to obtain its elpirical correlation and the influence of the qualitative temperature,radiation heat transfer,radiation translucent properties of granular materials and the emissivity on the ETC is analyzed.The numerical results show that the ETC of packed bed increcises with the increase of qualitative temperature,radiation heat transfer cannot be neglected when the temperature is above 400 K.When considering the translucent properties of granular materials,the ETC of the packed bed increases.The ETC of the packed bed increases with the increase of the emissivity of granular materials.
