摘 要:为了给换流阀蒸发冷却系统的关键部件设计提供依据,本文首先利用参数化建模方法建立了蒸发冷却关键部件-液盒的数学模型,仿真研究了其内部气液两相流场的分布以及液盒表面温度场的分布。其次,在仿真研究的基础上,结合换流阀功率单元的结构特点建立功率单元实验测试系统,对蒸发冷却液盒在实际运行环境下开展了性能测试,通过实验与仿真相结合的研究方法,最终确定了换流阀蒸发冷却系统液盒结构。In order to provide theoretical basis for the design of evaporative cooling system liquid box of commutation valve,the model of evaporative cooling liquid box was established by Fluent in this paper,and the distribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow field and temperature field on the surface of the liquid box were simulated and studied.On the basis of simulation research,the real power unit test system was established,and the performance of evaporative cooling liquid box is tested under the real operating environment,The structure of evaporative cooling liquid box of converter valve is finally determined through the research method of combining experiment with simulation.
