“一带一路”背景下中国对外石油投资合作影响因素研究

摘　　要：中国与沿线国家在石油领域的投资合作已经成为推进“一带一路”建设的重要着力点。选取“一带一路”沿线20个石油资源国2000—2016年期间的跨国面板数据,利用引力模型对中国石油企业对外投资合作的主要影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明,石油资源的禀赋是中国对沿线国家进行石油投资合作区位选择的关键因素。基于沿线国家石油资源分布和中国石油企业长远发展,应构建石油产业与金融融合发展机制,推动中国对沿线国家的石油投资合作。The investment cooperation between China and the countries along the oil field has become an important point to promote the construction of“one belt and one road”.Based on the panel data of the 20 oil resource countries along the route for 2000-2016,the gravity model is used to analyze the main influencing factors of overseas investment cooperation of Chinese petroleum enterprises.The results show that the endowment of oil resources is a key factor for China to choose location of petro oil investment cooperation among the countries along the route.Based on the distribution of petroleum resources and the long-term development of China′s petroleum enterprises,we should build a mechanism for the integration of petroleum industry and finance to promote China′s petroleum investment cooperation with countries along the line.
