集合住宅室外环境适老化设计研究——以西班牙巴塞罗那某老人集合住宅为例

摘　　要：老龄化是一种全球现象,居家养老的老年人如果能参与户外活动,将有助于他们保持健康并获得社会参与感.许多老年人的行动能力有限,因此住宅区的室外空间往往对他们具有重要意义.然而,目前对于户外空间的适老化设计考虑不周,具有较大的提升空间.西班牙巴塞罗那的住宅区周围有许多优秀的户外空间,为所有年龄段的人们提供了良好的公共空间与交流场所.文章以入围2017年欧洲密斯奖的巴塞罗那老人集合住宅colective houses为研究对象,分析其室外空间环境的适老化设计要点,以期为广大设计师提供参考.As ageing becomes a global phenomenon,it would help the elderly people at home to keep healthy and gain the sense of social participation if they could take part in outdoor activities.The mobility of many elderly people is limited,so the outdoor spaces in residential areas are often significant to them.However,the elderly-oriented design of outdoor space is not thoroughly considered at present,so there is large room for improvement.There are many good outdoor spaces around the residential areas in Barcelona,Spain,which provide favorable public spaces and communication venues for people of all ages.Taking the shortlisted Barcelona collective houses for the elderly of 2017 European Mies Awards as the object of study,this paper analyzes its essentials in elderly-oriented design of the outdoor space environment hoping to provide reference for the vast designers.
