摘　　要：优秀历史建筑是我们的宝贵财富。在修缮过程中,如何控制和管理好工程造价是每个造价咨询人员都应具备的专业能力。文章从优秀历史建筑修缮的基本知识入手,结合上海市住宅修缮质量事务中心相关规定,对施工任务承接、过程控制重点、结算审核及当前咨询工作中遇到的共性问题进行研究和探讨,希望对工程造价咨询人有所帮助。The excellent historical buildings are our valuable wealth.How to control and manage the costs for engineering construction well in the process of rehabilitation are professional abilities that should be possessed by each cost consultant.Starting with the basic knowledge of rehabilitation of excellent historical buildings and combining relevant provisions of the Shanghai Quality Affairs Center for Residence Rehabilitation,this paper researches and discusses general issues in undertaking of construction task,key points in process control,settlement auditing and current consulting work hoping to provide help for the cost consultants.
