摘 要:行星轮系是大型立磨中的关键组成部分,其故障分析对立磨的全寿命服役性能至关重要。本文针对大型立磨行星轮系使用过程中出现的故障进行了分析,通过宏观检验、显微分析以及有限元分析相结合的方法明确了行星轮系故障的失效机理。结果表明:接触疲劳是导致行星轮系中行星轮内壁断裂的主要成因。进一步分析了行星轮壁厚对齿根应力的影响,验证了行星轮疲劳微裂纹产生的生成原因。最后提出了行星轮断裂的预防方法,改进了行星轮系的设计和可靠性。The failure analysis of the planetary gear used in the vertical mill is critical to help improve the life cycle of the equipment. In this paper, the failure analysis of the planetary gear used in the vertical mill planetary reducer was conducted. The failure mechanism of the planetary gear was figured out by means of macroscopic examination, microscopic analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that contact fatigue is the main reason that cause the fracture of the planetary gear. The influence of the wall thickness of the planetary gear on the stress of the gear tooth was also analyzed, and the causes of the fatigue micro cracks of the planetary gear was verified. The prevention methods are then proposed to improve the design and reliability of the planetary gear.
