摘　　要：地质遗迹景观价值是地质遗迹景观保护开发利用的重要科学依据。根据《国家地质公园规划编制技术要求》,在盐津县地质遗迹景观调查研究基础上划分出盐津县地质遗迹景观类型,阐述盐津县典型地质遗迹景观特征。以盐津县典型地质遗迹景观为研究对象,运用层次分析法与特尔菲法,从地质遗迹景观品质与开发条件两方面选取了4个评价因子,20个具体评价指标,构建了盐津县地质遗迹景观价值评价指标体系,并确定了地质遗迹景观价值评价体系的指标权重;采用改进的菲什拜因-罗森伯格模型对盐津县典型地质遗迹景观进行价值评价,根据评价结果,对应地质遗迹景观等级划分标准,得出盐津县有6个国家级,6个省级和7个省级以下典型地质遗迹景观,为盐津县地质遗迹景观资源保护开发提供了科学依据。同时,本文地质遗迹景观评价方式也为其他地质遗迹景观价值评价提供了一种新的选择。The value of geological heritage landscapes is the important scientific evidence for the protection, development and utilization of such landscapes. Based on Technical Requirement on the Formulation of National Geological Park Plan, this paper categorized geological heritage landscapes based on the investigation on the landscapes and explained the characteristics of typical geological heritage landscapes in Yanjin County. Taking typical geological heritage landscapes of Yanjin County as the research object and adopting the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method, the paper selected 20 specific evaluation indicators under four evaluation factors from the two areas of quality and development conditions for geological heritage landscapes, constructed the value evaluation indicator system for the geological heritage landscapes of Yanjin County,and determined the indicator weight for the value evaluation system of geological heritage landscapes. The improved Fishbein-Rosenberg Model was used to evaluate the typical geological heritage landscapes. Based on the evaluation and the classification standards for geological heritage landscapes, at the conclusion is that the 6 typical national geological heritage landscapes, 6 provincial and 7 below-provincial typical geological heritage landscapes, offer scientific evidence for the protection and development of geological heritage landscape resources of Yanjin County. Meanwhile, the geological heritage landscapes mentioned in the paper also provide a new choice for the value evaluation of other geological heritage landscapes.
