摘  要:为了解决电爆炸丝喷涂设备中手动上丝存在的安全和低效问题,在电爆炸丝喷涂设备的基础上设计了一种连续自动走丝装置及其相关控制系统。连续自动走丝装置由XY移动平台和自动走丝机构组成,控制系统主要由上位机和C8051F020单片机组成。测试结果表明,自动走丝装置实现了自动走丝控制,自动化程度高,提高了电爆炸丝喷涂实验设备的效率和可靠性。In order to improve the safety and efficiency of manual wire-feeding in electric explosive wire spraying equipment, a set of continuous automatic wire-feeding device and related control system are designed based on the electric explosive wire spraying equipment. The continuous automatic wire-traveling device is composed of an XY moving platform and an automatic wire-feeding device. The control system is mainly composed of a master computer and a C8051 F020 MCU.The experimental test results show that the whole device achieves automatic wire movement control with a high degree of automation, improves the efficiency of wire movement, and increases the reliability of electric explosion spraying experimental equipment.
