摘　　要：为了提高X80M钢级螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝的冲击韧性,研究了Ni和N元素含量对焊缝冲击韧性的影响及冷却速度与焊缝冲击韧性的关系,通过相关焊接试验得出:在合理范围内增加细化焊缝晶粒和促进形成针状铁素体的元素、控制固溶强化和沉淀强化的元素,可有效改善焊缝韧性;冷却速度过慢,将在高温下生成粗大的铁素体,不能得到均匀的针状铁素体,所以合理控制冷却速度,也是提高焊缝韧性的有效措施。In order to improve the impact toughness of X80M steel grade spiral submerged arc welded pipe,the effects of Ni and N elements on the impact toughness of weld seam and the relationship between cooling speed and impact toughness of weld seam are studied.The results from the relevant welding experiments show that the toughness of the weld can be effectively improved by increasing the elements that refine the grain size of the weld,promoting the formation of acicular ferrite,and controlling the elements of solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening within a reasonable range.If the cooling speed is too slow,coarse ferrite will be formed at high temperature,and even acicular ferrite can not be obtained.Therefore,reasonable control of cooling speed is also an effective measure to improve weld toughness.
