摘　　要：基于漳州市2000-2017年的土地利用现状及相关经济数据,通过建立土地利用效益评价指标体系,确定20个评价因子作为对应评价目标的指标层,并采用变异系数法确定各项指标的权重,运用TOPSIS评价模型对漳州市土地利用效益进行分析。结果表明,漳州市土地利用综合效益、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益自2000年以来大体呈现逐年递增的趋势,但各年间土地利用的经济效益和社会效益、生态效益的接近度增长速度差距大,且生态效益波动较大,社会效益曾出现阶段性递减,不利于土地利用整体效益的提高。针对土地利用当前存在的问题,提出了提高土地利用效益的对策建议。Based on the present situation of land use and related economic data in Zhangzhou City from 2000 to 2017,20 evaluation factors were determined as the index layer of corresponding evaluation objectives by establishing the evaluation index system of land use benefit,and the weight of each index was determined by coefficient of variation method,and the land use benefit of Zhangzhou City was analyzed by TOPSIS evaluation model.The results show that the comprehensive benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit of land use in Zhangzhou City have been increasing year by year since 2000,but the economic and social benefits of land use and the closeness of ecological benefit are different from each year.And the ecological benefit fluctuates greatly,and the social benefit has been gradually decreasing,which is not conducive to the improvement of the overall benefit of land use.In view of the existing problems of land use,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of land use.
