摘  要:目的:建立人参再造丸中非法添加松香酸的HPLC检查方法。方法:采用Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸(82∶18)为流动相等度洗脱,检测波长为241 nm(全波长扫描范围为190~400 nm),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,进样量为10μl。通过比对供试品与对照品HPLC色谱及光谱,对人参再造丸中是否非法添加松香酸作定性分析,并利用超高效液相色谱-质谱(UPLC-MS)联用技术对阳性检出样品进行验证。结果:本方法可检出松香酸,检出限为0.99μg·g^-1。结论:该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠,可用于人参再造丸中非法添加松香酸的检查。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the detection of abietic acid in Rensheng Zaizao pills. Methods: The HPLC analysis was performed on a Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitril-0. 1% formic acid solution( 82∶ 18) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 241 nm and full-spectrum scanning range was from 190 to400 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1,the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. The qualitative analysis was based on the comparison of the consistency in the retention time and full-spectrum with scanning range from 190 to 400 nm between the sample and abietic acid reference HPLC chromatograph,and a UPLC-MS method was adopted for the further confirmation of the detected samples containing abietic acid. Results: The established HPLC method could be used to detect illegal adulteration of abietic acid in Rensheng Zaizao pills with the detection limit of 0. 99 μg·g^-1. Conclusion: The method is convenient,sensitive,reliable and accurate.
