摘 要:平面输水阀门在中高水头船闸工程中应用逐渐增多,多次突破其通常的应用范围,并取得很好的效果。针对平面阀门在我国中高水头船闸应用中存在的主要技术问题,综合近年来设计、科研和工程实践等方面的成果,就平面阀门在空化、振动、动水启闭等问题上取得的进展进行分析。结果表明:门楣自然通气、窄门槽、合理的底缘形式等综合措施很好地解决了阀门段空化问题,双面板结构显著提升了阀门整体刚度、减小了阀门结构的振动响应、改善了阀门的受力状态。The plate valve is being used more and more in the medium & high-head ship lock and broke out the usual application range several times,with satisfactory effect achieved.In view of the main technical problems encountered in the application of the plate valve in medium & high-head ship lock in China,and based on the achievements in the design,research and project application in recent years,we analyze the progress on the technical problems of cavitation,flow induced vibration and hydrodynamic hoisting of the plate valve.The results show that by taking the comprehensive measures such as the natural ventilation,the narrow gate groove and the reasonable bottom edge type of the valve well,we can solve the problem of cavitation of the valve section.The double-panel structure greatly improves the overall stiffness of the valve,reduces the vibration response of the valve structure,and effectively improves the stress state of the valve.
