甜樱桃叶片叶绿素及矿质元素含量对卷叶的响应

摘  要:为了揭示甜樱桃[Cerasus avium(L.) Moench.]发生卷叶的原因,以2年生的甜樱桃为试验材料,对不同卷叶级别的叶片含水量、叶绿素和矿质元素的含量进行了测定,探讨各元素与卷叶之间的相关性。结果表明:随着甜樱桃叶片卷叶程度的增加,叶片含水量逐渐降低,4级卷叶与正常叶片相比,含水量降低了15.6%;叶绿素含量呈现先增加后降低的趋势,不同卷叶级别的叶片的总叶绿素含量分别为2.19、2.36、2.57、2.70、2.04mg/g;叶片氮元素和磷元素含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势,钾元素、铁元素和锰元素含量均呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,钼元素含量总体呈现逐渐增高的趋势,锌元素含量没有显著差异;叶片中钙和镁元素含量的变化无明显规律。钾、铁、锰的降低和钼的增高与卷叶程度表现出较强的相关性。因此钾、铁、锰和钼元素很可能是导致甜樱桃叶片卷曲的原因。In order to reveal the cause of sweet cherry leaf roll,the contents of water content,chlorophyll and mineral elements in leaves of 2-year-old Cerasus avium were determined,and the correlation between the elements and leaf roll was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of leaf roll degree,the leaf water content decreased gradually.Compared with normal leaves,the leaf water content of grade 4leaf roll decreased by 15.6%;the chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased. The total chlorophyll content of different leaf roll grades were 2.19,2.36,2.57,2.70,2.04mg/g,respectively;the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves decreased first and then increased;the contents of potassium,iron and manganese decreased gradually,and the contents of molybdenum increased gradually.There was no significant difference in zinc content,and no significant change was found in the contents of calcium and magnesium in leaves.The decrease of potassium,iron and manganese and the increase of molybdenum showed a strong correlation with the degree of leaf roll.Therefore,potassium,iron,manganese and molybdenum may be the cause of leaf curl of Cerasus avium.
