土地流转主体的参与模式——基于在四川省B镇和D镇的调查

摘　　要：本文的研究对象是土地承包经营权流转中的参与主体,即农户、种植大户和基层政府组织等。结合在四川省B镇和D镇的实地访谈,详细分析多个案例,对各主体在土地流转中的参与意愿与动机及两主体、三主体和四主体参与模式中各主体如何参与土地流转以及参与主体间的互动关系进行了研究。然而各主体在参与土地经营权流转的过程中,凸显出不少问题。针对这些问题,本文认为,政府应当明确自身角色定位,对种植大户加以引导,建立健全土地退出补偿机制。The research object of this paper is the participants in the land transfer,farmers,large-scale planters and grassroots government organizations.Based on field interviews in B and D Towns in Sichuan Province,a detailed analysis of multiple cases,how to participate in land transfer in each subject,and the interaction between the participating subjects was studied.However,in the process of participating in the land transfer,various entities have highlighted many problems.In response to these problems,this paper believes that the government should clearly define its role,guide the large-scale planters,and establish a sound land exit compensation mechanism.
