摘　　要：领导干部诚信体系建设是社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分,具有举足轻重的重要地位。加强地方领导干部诚信体系建设对提高党的执政能力和执政水平,实现地区经济、社会的稳定、持续健康发展具有极其重要意义。The construction of honesty and credit system for leading cadres is an important part of the construction of social credit system,and plays an important role.Strengthening the construction of honesty and credit system of local leading cadres is of great significance to improve the Party's governing ability and level,and to achieve regional economic and social stability and sustainable and healthy development.At present,based on the new era,facing the crisis and contradiction caused by the lack of honesty and credit of local leading cadres,we re-examine the practical necessity of promoting the construction of honesty and credit system of local leading cadres in the new era,analyses the current situation and problems of the construction of honesty and credit system of local leading cadres,and considers how to strengthen the practical exploration of the construction of honesty and credit system of local leading cadres.
