无锡市2型糖尿病患者医学应对方式状况及其对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解江苏省无锡市2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者的基本情况、医学应对方式情况以及生活质量情况,探讨T2DM患者的医学应对方式和其生活质量的关系。方法:采用医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)和EQ-5D问卷对其应对方式和生活质量进行测评。结果:T2DM患者面对平均分(14.86±3.17)分,回避平均分(13.29±2.08)分,屈服平均分(8.07±3.12)分。EQ-5D平均效用值为(0.873±0.191)。T2DM患者生活质量与面对维度呈正相关(r=0.146,P=0.050),与回避维度呈负相关(r=-0.266,P<0.001),与屈服维度呈负相关(r=-0.684,P<0.001)。结论:T2DM患者应对方式需要改善,不同人口学因素对T2DM患者的应对方式有影响,不同的应对方式对T2DM患者的生活质量有影响,可以通过加强健康教育、糖尿病患者管理、社会支持等提高T2DM患者的生活质量。Objectives:To understand the basic situation,medical coping style and quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients in Wuxi city,Jiangsu province,and to explore the relationship between medical coping style and quality of life of T2DM patients.Methods:The medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and EQ-5d questionnaire were used to evaluate its coping style and quality of life.Results:Patients with diabetes had an average score 14.86±3.17 of coping,an average score 13.29±2.08 of avoidance,and an average score 8.07±3.12 of yielding.The EQ-5d index score was0.873±0.191.The quality of life of diabetic patients was positively correlated with coping(r=0.146,P=0.050),negatively correlated with avoidance coping(r=-0.266,P=0.000),and negatively correlated with yielding coping(r=-0.684,P=0.000).Conclusions:The coping style of T2DM patients needs to be improved.Different demographic factors have an impact on the coping style of T2DM patients,and different coping styles have an impact on the quality of life of T2DM patients.Therefore,the quality of life of diabetic patients can be improved by strengthening healthy education and diabetes management and social support.
