摘　　要：针对河南龙宇煤化工有限公司五环气化炉实际运行中存在的湿洗塔结垢问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施,改造后积灰问题明显缓解,以期更好地指导生产,确保装置长周期、稳定运行。This paper analyzes the reasons for the scaling of wet scrubber during the actual operation of Wuhuan gasifier in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., and proposes measures for improvement. After rectification, the problem of ash accumulation was eased obviously so as to facilitate production and ensure the long-term and stable operation of the unit.
