穴位指压推拿治疗腰腿痛的镇痛效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究对腰腿痛患者实施穴位指压推拿治疗的效果,为临床提供指导。方法随机将2014年9月至2017年1月本院96例腰腿痛患者分为观察组(48例,中西药结合基础上应用穴位指压推拿治疗)、对照组(48例,应用中西药结合治疗)。对比两组患者的疗效、疼痛评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(85.42%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后疼痛评分[(3.36±1.20)分]低于对照组[(5.02±1.35)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且生活质量评分[(102.36±2.58)分]高于对照组[(90.28±2.48)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(10.42%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰腿痛患者实施穴位指压推拿治疗具有较显著的效果,可显著缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量,且无不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint finger massage on patients with low back and leg pain, and to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods 96 patients with low back and leg pain in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases, Based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine, acupoint acupressure massage therapy is applied) and control group(48 cases, Chinese and western medicine combined treatment). The curative effect, pain score, quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate(97.92%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(85.42%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain score [(3.36 ± 1.20) points] in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(5.02±1.35) points], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the quality of life score [(102.36±2.58)points] was higher than that in the control group [(90.28±2.48) points], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(0.00%) was lower than that in the control group(10.42%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint finger massage has a significant effect on patients with low back and leg pain. It can significantly relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients without adverse reactions.
