摘　　要：在快速城镇化发展的过程中,乡村发展潜力是衡量一个地区乡村振兴发展能力的重要指标。文章从增强乡村振兴吸引点和满足乡村振兴目标出发,从内生潜能和外部赋能角度分析了影响乡村发展的5个潜力要素,以此构建了由“目标分类要素指标”构成的多层次乡村发展潜力评估指标体系。在此基础上,以山东省东阿县为例,通过GIS叠加分析技术探索其乡村发展潜力单项评估和综合评估水平,并依据评估结果和地缘特征划分乡村振兴发展的类型,提出不同类型的规划引导建议。Rural development potential is important in assessing the ability of rural revitalization. The paper analyzes 5 elements of rural development potential from internal power and external power viewpoints, and establishes a “target- category-factor-indicator” assessment system of rural development potential. With Dong’e county as an example, the paper makes GIS overlay analysis on the single category and comprehensive assessment of the development potential, classi fies different types of rural revitalization based on the assessment results and geographic features, and puts forwards planning guidance strategies.
