摘  要:鉴于产品模块化是实现大规模定制的主要方法,产品模块化率评估可帮助企业了解产品模块化的目标、方向和水平,对产品模块分解、模块通用化和标准化、产品配置和变型设计3个阶段的产品模块化率评估指标进行了分析.提出了包括模块独立性和通用性指标的模块化率评估指标体系,给出了产品模块化率评估指标计算方法.以家用豆浆机为例对产品模块化率评估指标和方法进行了可行性验证.Modularization of products is one of the main methods to realize mass customization, which is one of the foundations of the new industrial revolution. The evaluation of product modularity rate is the evaluation of modularization itself, which can help enterprises understand the goal, direction and level of product modularization. This paper analyses the requirements of product modularity evaluation indicators in three stages: product module decomposition, module generalization and standardization, product configuration and variant design. A modularity evaluation index system is proposed, which mainly includes module independence and generality indicators. The calculation method of product modularity evaluation indicators is given. The feasibility of the indicators and methods for evaluating modularity rate of soybean milk machine is verified.
