摘　　要：[目的]建立连续流动分析法测定烟用香料中总糖和还原糖含量的方法。[方法]以体积分数为5%的冰醋酸水溶液作为萃取剂,振荡萃取30min,静置后直接用连续流动分析法同时测定烟用料液中总糖和还原糖含量。[结果]总糖和还原糖的回收率在94.65%~99.16%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤2%。[结论]该方法操作简便,且检测结果准确度高和重复性好,符合实验室质量控制规范的要求,可用于烟用香料中总糖和还原糖含量的快速分析。[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of total sugar and reducing sugar.[Method]The content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco flavor was determined by continuous flow analysis after 30 minutes of oscillating extraction with 5% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as extractant.[Result]The recovery rate of total sugar and reducing sugar ranged 94.65%-99.16%,and RSD was less than 2%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and meets the requirements of laboratory quality control standards.It can be used for rapid analysis of total sugar and reducing sugar content in tobacco flavors.
