农村电子垃圾流向问题研究——基于城口县李坪村的调研数据

摘　　要：电子垃圾又叫电子废弃物,是指那些已经报废的计算机、打印机、通信设备、家用电器,以及精密电子仪器仪表等,这些废弃物中含有大量的对人体有害有毒的化学物质。目前农村绝大多数人对电子垃圾还没有概念,对电子垃圾的处理主要是卖给废品收购者或者随生活垃圾丢弃,没有人来宣传和引导。基于李坪村的调研数据,从电子垃圾的保有状况、淘汰状况、回收处理状况总结出农村电子垃圾回收处理存在的问题,并提出具体对策。Electronic waste refers to computers, printers, communications equipment, household appliances, and precision electronic instruments that have been scrapped. These wastes contain a large number of chemicals that are harmful to human beings.At present,most people in rural areas have no idea of electronics waste,the main treatment is to sell them to buyer of waste or discard with domestic waste.No one come to propagandize or guide.Based on the investigation data of Liping Village,we sumed up the problems existing in the collection and treatment of rural electronic waste from the status of retention, elimination and recycling of electronic waste, and put forward some concrete countermeasures.
