摘  要:在分析石门揭煤突出危险性的基础上,建立了石门揭煤突出模拟实验模型,以此为依据设计了突出模拟实验系统.系统主要包含应力、突出模拟、真空、充气吸附4个子系统.利用有限元法对突出模拟子系统长度、厚度及突出孔洞的大小进行了相关设计.设计调试完毕后,对采集的煤样进行粉碎加水搅拌处理,依次进行压制成型、真空脱气、充瓦斯吸附等相关操作,最后在确保安全的情况下,打开突出孔洞,完成相关突出模拟实验.利用该模拟系统,为本科生完成突出模拟演示20余次,提高学生对突出灾害的认识,达到了预期实验目的.Based on the analysis of the danger of the outburst in rock crosscut coal uncovering, a simulation experiment model of such outburst is established, and an outburst simulation experiment system is designed. This system consists of four subsystems such as the stress, outburst simulation, vacuum and gas adsorption. The length and thickness of the outburst simulation subsystem and the size of the outburst hole are designed by the finite element method. After design and debugging, the collected coal samples are crushed and stirred with water, followed by pressing, vacuum degassing, gas-filled adsorption and other related operations. Finally, in order to ensure safety, the outburst holes are opened to complete relevant outburst simulation experiments. With this simulation system, more than 20 demonstrations of outburst simulation have been completed for undergraduates, and the students’ awareness of outburst disasters has been improved. The expected experimental purpose has been achieved.
