摘 要:通过预处理填料法制备了硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)表面改性纳米二氧化硅,采用激光粒度仪、BET比表面积法、FT-IR、SEM和TEM对纳米二氧化硅粒子表面改性前后的粒径分布、比表面积、分子结构与分散性作了表征分析.实验结果表明:纳米二氧化粒子经硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)表面改性后,粒径分布变窄,比表面积增加,分子结构改变,分散效果好.对纳米二氧化硅粒子表面改性前后填充聚丙烯的分散性和界面形态进行了探析.The nano-silica modified by silane coupling agent (KH-560) is prepared by the pretreatment filler method. The particle size distribution, specific surface area, molecular structure and dispersion of nano-silica particles before and after surface modification are characterized by laser particle size analyzer, BET specific surface area method, FT-IR, SEM and TEM. The experimental results show that the particle size distribution becomes narrower, the specific surface area increases, the molecular structure changes and the dispersion effect is better after the surface modification of nano-sized dioxide particles with silane coupling agent (KH-560). At the same time, the dispersion and interfacial morphology of polypropylene filled with nano-silica particles before and after surface modification are explored.
