药师参与一例药物性肝损伤患者药物治疗方案的分析及调整

摘　　要：目的药师参与临床治疗,为药物性肝损伤患儿的治疗提供参考。方法药师参与1例药物性肝损伤患儿的药物治疗方案的调整,综合考虑了患儿的年龄和临床症状,建议临床停用可疑药物,调整给药方案。结果患儿病情和肝损伤得到明显改善。结论药师参与临床治疗,为临床提供合理的治疗方案。Objective Pharmacists participate in clinical treatment and provide reference for the treatment of drug-induced hepatic injury in children. Methods Pharmacists participated in the adjustment of drug treatment for 1 case of drug-induced hepatic injury, considered the age and clinical symptoms of the children comprehensively, and suggested that the susceptible drug be stopped and the strategy of drug treatment be adjusted. Results After treatment, the symptom and liver injury of the children were obviously improved. Conclusion Pharmacists participate in the clinical treatment, and provide a reasonable clinical treatment program.
