基于ANSYS的双层钢板非均匀厚度混凝土井壁的力学特性分析

摘  要:基于某矿井深厚表土层双层钢板立井井壁产生崩塌的现状,研究对崩塌的立井井壁进行添加钢板修复,修复后形成内外钢板组合成的非均匀厚度下的立井井壁.本文通过有限元软件ANSYS,对非均匀厚度的双层钢板混凝土井壁模型进行力学分析.同时通过对均匀井壁和非均匀井壁下的最大主应力的比较分析论证,得出非均匀厚度的井壁的环向应力下降,修复后的稳定性提高,可为类似井壁结构修复设计提供参考.Based on the current situation of the collapse of the vertical wall of the double-layer steel plate in the deep topsoil of a mine,the addition of the steel plate to the collapsed vertical shaft wall is repaired,and the vertical shaft wall under the non-uniform thickness formed by the combination of the inner and outer steel plates is formed after the repair. The software ANSYS is used to study the mechanical properties of the double-layer steel-concrete wall model with non-uniform thickness. At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the maximum principal stress under the uniform well wall and the non-uniform borehole wall,it is concluded that the hoop stress of the non-uniform thickness of the borehole wall is decreased,and the stability after repair is improved,which can provide a reference for the similar well wall structure repair design.
