痰瘀通胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察痰瘀通胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)合并高脂血症(痰瘀互结证)的临床疗效。方法 93例 NAFLD合并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组58例,分别给予痰瘀通胶囊和易善复胶囊治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效,肝脏B超、肝功能、血脂及血液流变学变化。结果两组患者治疗后症状积分下降(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组超声声像、血脂异常明显改善且优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组肝功能明显改善(P<0.01),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组血流变显著改善且优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论痰瘀通胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并高脂血症(痰瘀互结证)有较好疗效,具有护肝、降脂、改善血流变等作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanyutong capsule in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD)with hyperlipidemia marked by phlegm and stagnated blood. Methods 93 cases of patients with NAFLD and hyper- lipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=62) and control group (n=58),treatment group was treated with Tanyutong capsule,control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules,both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical symptoms,liver B ultrasound,liver function,lipid and whole blood specific viscosity were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were decreased (P<0.01),and the decrease of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group (P<0.01);the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The improvement of ultrasound image and dyslipidemia in treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The liver function of both groups was significantly improved (P<0.01),but here was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The hemorheology of treatment group was significantly improved and obviously superior to control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Tanyutong capsule has good curative effect on NAFLD with hyperlipidemia. It has the functions of protecting liver,lowering lipid and improving blood rheology.
